Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks from the date of dispatch.
- Please note that our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, mainly in China. This allows us to offer you a wide range of quality products at affordable prices.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available). Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence at Husdjurköp.se. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or faulty.
- Your item does not match the description on our website.
- Your package does not arrive at all (you will receive a full refund).
Conditions for returns:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include clear photos and any proof showing the damage, fault, or discrepancy.
- Contact our customer service at customers@husdjurkop.se with your order number and proof.
How refunds work:
- If your claim meets our return policy, we will process a full or partial refund, or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
- If your package did not arrive, you are entitled to a full refund.
- In some cases, we may need to investigate the claim with our suppliers before issuing a refund or replacement.
Items not eligible for return/refund:
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery without valid reason or proof.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, clear pictures, and a description of the issue.
- We will respond within 2–3 working days with instructions.
